A Prismatic variation of the Celestial Nighthawk build with focus on maximizing super energy.
How This Build Works
This Prismatic variation offers ways to boost damage and debuff enemies with the fragments. Each of the melees have their own debuffs, but all will proc Radiant with Facet of Dawn
Facet of DawnPowered melee hits against targets makes you radiant. Powered melee final blows make you and nearby allies radiant. which will give a 20% damage boost.
Duskfield Grenade is a great way to proc Facet of Courage
Facet of CourageYour [Arc] Arc, [Solar] Solar, and [Void] Void abilities deal increased damage to targets afflicted with Darkness debuffs. to give yourself a 10% increased damage boost to your Golden Gun. Transcendence gives a 5% weapon damage boost that can STACK with EVERYTHING including Well of Radiance and Radiant.
Additional Build Details
Be sure to not stand in a Well of Radiance until after you fire your Golden Gun shot. Nowhere in the game is it explained that you gain a boost to Golden Gun while you are Radiant, and Well of Radiance overrides Radiant.

Celestial Nighthawk
Precision final blows reduce the cooldown of your Super. Modifies Golden Gun to fire a single, high-damage shot. Targets defeated by that shot give you Super energy and explode.
Still Hunt
Pick up Orbs of Power or land precision hits to charge this weapon's Super bar. Once full, [Alternate Weapon Action] to fire Golden Gun shots.
Key Aspects
Stylish Executioner
Defeating a weakened, suppressed, or volatile target grants Invisibility and Truesight. After performing a Stylish Execution, your next melee attack while invisible weakens targets.
Gunpowder Gamble
Defeat targets with Solar abilities, Solar debuffs, or Solar weapons to charge up an improvised Solar explosive. [Grenade] : Throw a Solar explosive that can be shot in mid-air to cause an ignition.

Picking up an Orb of Power grants either Bolt Charge, Restoration, Frost Armor, Woven Mail, or Overshield based on the damage type of your equipped Super.
